Role
| Costume Development Manager
I supported the development and execution of high-volume costumes for a modern action-comedy shot across multiple international locations. Working as Costume Development Manager, I oversaw sourcing, prototyping, and fabrication with teams based in Los Angeles, London, and Budapest, helping translate creative direction into builds that met both visual and performance needs.
I collaborated closely with stunt and production teams to ensure garments could withstand choreography, high-impact movement, and repeat use under intense shoot conditions. Materials were sourced and tested for flexibility, durability, and on-camera performance, with quality control managed remotely across vendors and time zones.
In addition to building custom looks, I adapted off-the-rack garments to reflect character design through tailored modification and surface treatments. These problem-solving builds required quick turnaround and a strong understanding of storytelling through apparel. Every look was delivered on time and aligned with the creative and logistical needs of a fast-moving, multi-unit production.
